The Search will take place at Mt. Hood Meadows on Jan. 7. (Timberline and Willamett Pass are also scheduled to hold Next Searches, but the dates are TBA.) Competitors, who must be between the ages of 9-13, will be judged on a number of criteria, including personality, style and attitude as well as athletic ability; four kids could earn a chance to compete in the national finals in Killington, Vt., in March
