Actually, it was a terrific opening weekend at Gore Mountain, before spring-like weather came in and shut down the mountain for the work week. Ah, but good news is on the horizon: considerably colder temperatures are set to roar back in and Gore, along with sister Olympic mountain Whiteface, plans to re-open this weekend. Sweet.
