Crystal Breaks New Trailside Ground

Ground has been broken and work is underway on a second Trailside neighborhood. The first phase of Crystal Mountain's Trailside Project is sold out and several homes already under construction. The next phase is situated along the eighth hole of the resort's signature Mountain Ridge golf course and just steps from the cross-country and hiking trail systems. The new development will include seven neighborhoods of 1,600-2,600 square-foot whole ownership cabins, which will all be connected by Crystal's elaborate trail system. It's the latest step in the resort's master plan in which $30 million has been invested over the last five years.
