The skiing and riding has been good all season long at Crystal Mountain, but all good things must come to an end. Crystal will be closing the slopes after skiing and riding Sunday, April 3.
Crystal is host to its third annual Maple Syrup Festival Saturday March 26. Activities include tree tapping presentations, arts and crafts demonstrations for the kids, and a cooking class for the adults featuring maple syrup. Local vendors will have maple syrup products on sale throughout the day. An all-you-can-eat Pancake Breakfast takes place Sunday morning in the Wild Tomato Restaurant featuring, of course, maple syrup.
Spring Break activities also will be taking place March 26 through season end. There will be scheduled activities daily throughout the week, in addition to skiing and riding. Golf may even be a possibility on the resort's Betsie Valley Course. Follow the link below for a complete list.
Crystal is featuring a couple of season ending lift and lodging specials to sweeten the deal.
The Pure Michigan Spring Break package is available from $189 per family, per night, which covers a family of four, available beginning March 25.
Spring to the Slopes package, from $65 per adult, per night, based on double occupancy, is available midweek, beginning March 20. Up to four children 17 and under ski free when sharing accommodations with parents.
