Save on next year's winter ski holiday by booking your flights early.
Snowjet has just opened its 2011-12 winter sale with flights to Sion from £79 one way and to Chambery from £49 one way. Prices include taxes and fees.
Flights run from London Stansted, London Gatwick, and Bristol to Sion in the 4 Valleys, Switzerland's largest ski area. From here, skiers can access: Nendaz and Veysonnaz (20 minutes), Thyon (30 minutes), and Verbier (45 minutes). Sion is also the local airport for Crans Montana (35 minutes), Grimentz (35 minutes), Villars (45 minutes), Saas-Fee (1h15) and Zermatt (1h40).
Flights also run from London Stansted, London Gatwick and Bristol to Chambery in the French Alps. Chambery offers skiers access to Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel, Tignes, La Plagne, Les Arcs, and Val Thorens.
All Snowjet flights will be operated throughout the winter by Titan Airways jet fleet. Flights to Sion are operated on BAE 146 aircraft with 80 seats and flights to Chambery on either Boeing 737-300 aircraft with 130 seats or Boeing 757-200 aircraft with 198 seats. Fewer seats on board Snowjet flights means more leg room and less time spent waiting at the baggage reclaims.
