Top of the Sierra is designed to educate visitors about the dynamic nature of the Eastern Sierra via interactive displays; guests will be presented information about the geology, hydrology and the volcanic history of the area and learn about what they are looking at as they peer through telescopes from “Mammoth Lookout.” There also will be a food court offering hot soups, sandwiches, soft drinks and snacks with seating for 70 visitors.
