The gastronomic restaurant l'Atelier d'Edmond at Val d'Isère is hosting a special cooking class March 20 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

What makes the workshop so exceptional? It will be led by culinary duo Régis Marcon and Benoit Vidal. Both chefs have been rewarded Michelin stars for their work in their own restaurants.

During the cooking class, the two chefs will take participants through an entire meal-hors d'oeuvres, starter, main dish, and dessert. After the hard work, everyone will get the chance to savor the fruits of their labour.

"We came to Val d'Isère two years ago for the world ski championships and I got to be good friends with Jacques de Privey [owner of l'Atelier d'Edmond]," says Régis Marcon. "His idea struck a chord with me. Jacques built the restaurant chalet with his own hands and is highly passionate about his work."

Registration is limited to 10 people and costs €145 per person. To sign up, contact the restaurant l'Atelier d'Edmond at +33(0)479.000.082 or restaurant@atelier-edmond.com.

If you don't have the chance to participate in the cooking classes, it is still possible to enjoy chef Benoit Vidal's work. He has put together a special gastronomic menu for L'Atelier d'Edmond. Priced at €125, it offers ten courses and includes delights like roasted venison medallions, pan-seared scallops with citrus zest, and chocolate-cep exquisit.
