Squaw Valley USA tested the waters with a discounted ticket pack in January that met with favorable reviews. So favorable that the resort has now put a new ticket product out for purchase-the Squaw Legend 3-Pack.

The 3-packs are a product for locals looking for discounted lift tickets and visitors skiing several days. They are good for three days of lift access to be used consecutively or sporadically throughout the season.

The non-transferable 3-packs are valid until May 8 or the end of the 2010-11 season. They may be used for lift access any day without restrictions on dates.

The 3-packs cost $189 for adults. That price reduces the daily adult lift ticket from $88 to $63. Three-packs cost $129 for youth and senior and $35 for children.

Those who use up their 3-packs may reload another 3-pack for the same price. The original 3-pack must have been purchased by March 11 in order to reload, but the reloading can occur later.

The 3-packs come in a direct-to-lift pass, similar to a season pass. Each 3-pack holder must get a picture taken for the pass at the time of pick up.

Three-packs can be purchased online. They are also available for purchase in person at ticket windows or the Special Tickets office.
