Boise Kids Burn at Bogus

NeXt Snow Search is a national series of ski and snowboard competitions in the U.S. and Canada. The goal is to find the best 25 athletes to be named to the Sports Illustrated Kids NeXt Snow Team. According to Bogus spokesperson Gretchen Anderson the atmosphere at the mountain makes it a breeding ground for young talent. "Last year we added a brand new terrain park just for kids," says Anderson. "The Sunshine Park has turned out to be one of the neatest things on the hill and I think that's why we are getting such good riders at such a young age. With some of the other parks the younger kids might be intimidated and this park real gives them a chance to start young and get their feet wet."
