The Sunrise Park Women's Clinic includes ten hours of instruction in skiing or snowboarding over two intensive days — all taught by women. It includes video analysis, and you'll take home a DVD of skiing, too. You choose to focus on improvement, racing, bumps, or off-piste and learn off-snow stretches that help improve performance.
