It's an annual tradition, now in its 17th year at Loveland Ski Area. This year's Mountaintop Matrimony brought out 40 couples to renew their wedding vows, and ten couples to officially tie the knot. The mass wedding takes place high atop Loveland's Chair #2, at 12,038 feet. The weather was perfect, with some sunshine and a dusting of new snow for the happy skiing and boarding couples. Harry Heilmann, Registered Minister with the Universal Life Church, conducts the ceremony every year. It's free to those who may be skiing by. Others who preregistered got to go to the reception at the Loveland Basin Lodge.
