Buck's T-4 Lodge may have started out as a hunting and fishing lodge more than 60 years ago, but it has evolved into a place for good ski and stay deals. The lodge offers several packages for skiers and snowboarders that include lift tickets for Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin.

The lodge, located on the Gallatin Canyon Road about 10 minutes from the ski areas, recently remodeled all of their rooms and now includes complimentary wireless Internet access. Ski and stay packages, which can be mixed and matched with lift tickets, include a hot breakfast buffet, and kids can stay and ski free.

Buck's T-4 offers a daily ski package all season long with no blackout dates. The package, based on double occupancy, includes one night of lodging and one day of lift tickets. It costs $108.50 per person for skiing Moonlight Basin and $124.50 for skiing Big Sky.

A special mid-winter package is available from now through Feb. 17. Those who book two days of skiing and three nights of lodging can add on a third day of skiing and fourth night of lodging for free. The third day's lift ticket is for the Biggest Skiing in America at both resorts. The package, based on double occupancy, costs $82 per person per day for Moonlight and $93 per person per day for Big Sky.

A late winter ski and stay package is available Feb. 18 through March 27. Those booking three days of skiing and four nights of lodging can add on a fourth day of skiing at both resorts and a fifth night of lodging free. The package, based on double occupancy, costs $91 per person per day for Moonlight and $105 per person per day for Big Sky.

An April ski package for two nights drops to the lowest rates. Double occupancy rooms cost $65 per person per day for skiing Moonlight and $76 per person per day for skiing Big Sky.
