College students can buy a variety of services at Whitetail Resort for $30 each, every Wednesday through the end of the season.

Choices on College Days and Nights are a four-hour lift ticket; a night lift ticket; or a four-hour First Class Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package. Students must show a current college ID at the ticket window.

The Whitetail Ski & Snowboard School has Womens Days scheduled Feb. 11 and 26. The events are for women ages 13 or older, and are designed to develop skills in skiing or snowboarding.

Each day starts with breakfast and morning of snowsports instruction, followed by lunch, and then more instruction in the afternoon.

Cost for Womens Days are $90 for lesson only; $105 for lift and lesson; and $120 for lift, lesson, and rental equipment.

Whitetail offers skiing and snowboarding on 23 trails, 935-foot vertical drop, eight lifts, a halfpipe and terrain park, with night skiing every night and full snowmaking coverage. The mountain has broken its trail system into four distinct ability areas: a set of expert trails to the right as you face the mountain, a set of intermediate trails in the center, a green trail complex on the left, and a Children's Center and novice terrain to the left of that.
