Teams of firefighters compete in a fund raiser for muscular dystrophy. Events include the "Midnight Fire Alarm," in which teams scramble into firefighting gear and skis or boards, then race down a slalom course, and a Team Slalom, in which crews dash down a race course holding a 50-foot length of hose. Call 508-898-3375 for more information. The Bay State Senior Winter Games returns to Wachusett for a day of competition among skiers and riders 50 and over Feb. 14.
