Seven Springs in Pennsylvania has a ine-up of chefs for the weekend of Jan. 7-9 ready to cook and teach cooking in a series of daily seminars and demonstations.

The Gourmet Getaway Package is priced at $419 per couple, plus tax and tip. The package includes two nights lodging, all cooking demonstrations and seminars, Friday night welcome reception, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast Sunday. Add Thursday or Sunday night to the package for $129 per room per night.

The resort offers a day package for $162 per person including tax and tip. This package offers all cooking demonstrations and seminars, Friday night welcome reception, three meals Saturday, and breakfast Sunday.

Chefs include Chris Fennimore, director of programming and show host at WQED in Pittsburgh, Pa.; Jeff Tunks, executive chef and partner in Passion Food Group in Washington, D.C.; Brant Tesky, executive chef at Acadiana in Washington, D.C.; Brendan Cox, executive chef at DC Coast in Washington, D.C.; Bev Shaffer, chef, author and instructor at Food With Attitude in Akron, Ohio; Cindy Komarinski and Mary Zappone, professors of culinary arts at Westmoreland County Community College.

Seven Springs Mountain Resort is Pennsylvania's largest ski and four-season resort. It is within 200 miles of the major metropolitan areas of Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C.
