Seven Springs Mountain Resort has an array of activities New Year’s Eve, including two designed for families with children who may be interested less in wine, women, and song, and more in a more wholesome style of festivity.
The resort plans an evening of family snow tubing to ring in the New Year by plunging down a chute on a tube. Seven Springs staffers will light a bonfire and serve up hot chocolate, pizza, hot dogs, and fountain drinks. Reservations are required for this New Year’s Eve Snow Tubing Party, which costs $30 for people 12 and older, and $25 for kids ages 4 to 11. The party runs from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
Seven Springs also has arranged a roller skating party, with Wii and Xbox games, activities, and snacks.
This party will be in Exhibit Hall, and runs 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Children 11 and under must be accompanies by an adult. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Admission and skate rentals are free for this Roller Skating Party.
