The Tamarack Academy, a full-time college prep program run by the Tamarack Sport and Education Foundation, recently opened the doors on a new facility. The building gives teachers the chance to further foster future scholars and athletes. The new building is located at the base of Tamarack Mountain, just an arm's length from the Tamarack Express Chairlift. "The windows with a view of the mountains aren't a coincidence. It's a reminder to the students and staff that learning is more than what a book tells you. The way our new building looks out at Tamarack Mountain shows what the Academy is all about," says Belinda Brey, TSEF President and board member. Almost makes you want to do Grade 12 math again.
