Saddleback Maine plans to show The Way I See It, a full-length ski film from Matchstick Production Films.
Screenings are 7 and 9 p.m. Oct. 21 at the Brattle Theater in Boston, and 8 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Port City Music Hall in Portland, Maine.
"These are a great way for us to everyone excited about the ski season, an offer newcomers to Saddleback a terrific way to experience the mountain for free," said Saddleback General Manager Chris Farmer.
Farmer said the ski lift ticket vouchers are good for a ticket for skiing or riding at Saddleback from Dec. 11 to 25.
The Way I See It is an award-winning ski movie, filmed in high-definition on location in Alaska, Japan, British Columbia, Colorado, Switzerland, and many other locations worldwide. The film features a dominant cast of athletes, including Mark Abma, Sean Pettit, Eric Hjorleifson, Henrik Windstedt, Bobby Brown, Colby West, James Heim, Richard Permin, Cody Townsend, Rory Bushfield, Ingrid Backstrom, Gus Kenworthy, Jacob Wester, Russ Henshaw, and others.
Saddleback Maine is in the Rangeley Lakes Region in Western Maine, among a concentration of 4,000-foot-high peaks. The resort is undertaking a multi-year expansion of terrain and facilities.
