Southern California skiers and riders still looking for a season pass deal can find one at Mountain High. The resort's season pass sale runs through Oct. 31 before rates go up.

Mountain High's Anytime Season Pass is valid for unlimited day or night skiing with no blackout dates. Season passholders also get admittance to the lifts even on sell out days, peak weekends, and holidays.

Adult Anytime Passes are on sale for $299, and child passes cost $129 with the purchase of an adult pass. The adult season pass, which is for ages 13 and older, pays for itself in five or six visits to the resort, depending on whether the day is considered peak or not. Pass rates in November go up to $599 for adults and $229 for children.

Season passes at Mountain High come with extra benefits. Passes are valid at the North Pole Tubing Park and good for two Virtual Snow Private Lessons for the price of one at Los Angeles locations. Passholders also get 10 percent off regular priced retail items and adult ski or snowboard lessons.

Passes are available for purchase online, by phone, by mail, or in person. Those opting to buy passes in person will find the season pass office open Fridays through Sundays at the East Resort adjacent to the ticket windows.

Skiers and snowboarders missing the October sale can buy passes Nov. 12-14 at the San Diego Snow Jam. Prices at the Snow Jam will roll back to the October sale rates.
