Taos Ski Valley is about ready to wind up its season pass sale. Skiers and riders looking to get on the slopes for less this winter need to act by Friday, Oct. 1 in order to purchase passes at the best prices. Adult Full Passes and Millennium Passes are on sale.

Adult Full Passes can be purchased for $799 until Friday. The passes will then go up to $999. Full passes have no maximum use limit or blackout dates, which allows skiers and riders to use them for unlimited lift access any day of the season.

Millennium Passes can be purchased for $575 until Friday. This pass is good for 70 days of skiing or riding. It is not valid during blackout dates from Dec. 27-31.

Both type of passes include exchange days with other resorts in the west. Season passholders can get free day lift tickets or discounted lift tickets at participating areas.  Participating areas include Durango Mountain Resort, Telluride Ski Resort, Kirkwood, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Crested Butte Mountain Resort, or Monarch Mountain.

Season passes are available for other age groups. Check online or call for details. Those who want to purchase season passes can download a form from the Web site to fax or mail to the resort.
