easyJet is adding routes to Lyon from Bristol (from Dec. 17) and Liverpool (from Dec. 18), and to Basle from Edinburgh (from Dec. 3) which will all run through to March 2011. All new routes start at £25.99 per person, one way.

Basle Airport offers easy access to the Swiss Alps. Within two hours' drive of the airport are the resorts of Villars, Engelberg, Andermatt, Interlaken, Murren, Wengen, Gstaad, Gryon, Les Diablerets, Adelboden, and many more.

easyJet has more than 80 additional routes this winter compared to last winter offering passengers looking to ‘get their skis' on and book winter holidays with the most comprehensive choice of low fare destinations in the airline's 15-year history.
Other new flights this winter include London Gatwick to Gothenburg and Zagreb and Manchester to Hamburg, Gothenburg, and Amsterdam.
