Mid-Mountain Restaurants Finally Opened

Resorts in this article: Jackson Hole

Construction delays and battling weather last winter postponed the complete opening of the new restaurant facilities located at 9,095 feet at the top of the Bridger Gondola. Only the Headwall Deli put out their full menu. The other restaurants were put on hold until summer. The Couloir Restaurant opened its doors in mid-June. The 100-seat dining room with swooping views of Corbet's Couloir serves a western menu featuring a full gourmet dining experience. Executive Chef Wes Hamilton recently returned to Jackson, where he previously led kitchens at the Jenny Lake Lodge and Four Seasons Resort. His menu reflects high quality organic ingredients and local products when possible.
