Fans of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area can take advantage of promotional prices on season passes purchased in advance. For example, an adult season pass, which is normally priced at €634 for a Carte Neige card holder, is going for €467 until Nov. 15.
The seven-day pass, called 7 Jours Liberté, also qualifies for a 25-percent discount if ordered before Nov. 15. This pass is priced at €187 for adults and children, plus insurance fees which range from €16.80 to €19.60.
The Evasion Mont Blanc Web site lets clients choose between printing and mailing an order form and purchasing and paying directly online. However, for clients outside of France, the online payment option is will be the most practical choice since a cheque must be sent with the printed order form. The passes will then be mailed directly to your home.
Passes are also available for sale at the tourism offices of St-Gervais and Combloux, at the Rochebrune and Jaillet ticket counters at Megève, and at the Montjoie ticket counter at Contamines-Montjoie.
The Evasion Mont Blanc ski area includes 445 kilometres of pistes, 107 lifts, and 673 snow canons. The season pass is valid for all of the area's resorts: Megève (Rochbrune, Cote 2000, Mont d'Arbois, Jaillet), La Giettaz, Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce, Combloux, Les Contamines, and Cordon.
