Livigno is to host the finals of the Škoda Yeti Freestyle Series March 27-28.
After the three stages of the competition in Madonna di Campiglio, Badonecchia, and Cervinia, the big final of the Škoda Yeti Freestyle Series is to take place in the Ski Area Carosello 3000, Livigno.
The Livigno finals identify the best overall freestylers and there is €3000 to win in prize money. The contest will take place on the 20-metre Big Air, made for this special event by Tobias Vinatzer. The music of Radio R101 will be the official soundtrack of this final freestyle show.
The Best Trick Contest will take place Saturday, and the Best Rider Sunday. After qualifications, riders will be divided into two heats before battling it out for the prize money.
Livigno offers 185 kilometres of slopes for all levels served by more than 30 modern lifts, a long track for cross-country skiing which runs through the valley, and two top snowparks. The ski area hosts high-level sports competitions, which attract famous athletes from around the world.
There are more than 100 hotels, 1250 apartments, bed and breakfasts, and inns for every budget. For après-ski skiers are spoiled for choice: pubs, wine bars, nightclubs, ten pin bowling, billiards, and hotel spas.
