Kirkwood unveiled a series of ticket deals for spring skiing and riding. The deals - for kids, college students, military, and adults -run through closing day for the season scheduled April 25.

Adults can save $10 on a lift ticket, and juniors can save $5 by purchasing lift tickets online before arriving at the resort. Online tickets for adults cost $64 instead of $74 at the ticket window. A junior ticket costs $54 online compared to $59 at the ticket window.

College students can ski or ride Sundays at Kirkwood for $39. Tickets must be purchased online before arriving at the resort, and buyers must bring a copy of the current semester or quarter transcript that show enrollment of nine or more credits to claim the ticket.

Children also get a deal. Kids ages 6 - 12 can get lift tickets for $9 Mondays through Saturdays and ski free on Sundays. One free child ticket per paid adult ticket or Kirkwood season passholder can be picked up at the ticket window. The child must be with the adult to get the free ticket.

Got a buddy with a Kirkwood season pass? Passholders can get buddy tickets for $49 midweek or $59 on weekends. Allotments of buddy tickets vary by pass type.

Active military personnel can buy lift tickets for $39. Present a current, valid military ID at any resort ticket window to get the military rate.

Other season-long discounts are available, too, including Costco 2-Paks.
