The skiing and riding has been great all season long at Crystal Mountain, but all good things must come to an end. Crystal will be closing the slopes after skiing and riding Sunday, April 4.
The season will be ending on a sweet note. Crystal will be hosting its second annual Maple Syrup Festival, Saturday, March 27. It kicks off with a pancake breakfast that morning featuring, of course, real maple syrup. Activities include tree tapping presentations, arts and crafts demonstrations for the kids, and a cooking class for the adults featuring maple syrup. Local vendors will have maple syrup products on sale throughout the day.
To sweeten that last weekend a little further Crystal is also featuring a couple of season ending lift and lodging specials.
Buy two nights of lodging and get a third night free. Come and stay Friday and Saturday nights and get Sunday night for free. That way you get two full last days on the slopes, and you won't have to head home early on Sunday squandering that last half day of skiing and riding until next season.
The Spring Break Ski and Ridge lift/lodging package is $79 per person, per night, based on double occupancy and includes a full day of skiing or riding.
Crystal has had a very good winter setting lodging records for both December and January, and the season isn't over yet.
