Free Concert Series Rocks Steamboat Through April 11

At A Glance

Saturdays at Steamboat are where you want to be as the Bud Light Rocks The Boat series returns to the mountain. The concerts are every Saturday afternoon, starting March 13, through the end of the season. The last concert is actually Sunday, April 11, which is closing day. The headliner band is Donavon Frankenreiter.

The rest of the lineup includes the Easy Star All Stars March 13, Lyrics Born March 20, Pimps of Joytime March 27, and The Dirty Heads April 3.

The concerts are free. The stage is set up right at the base, in Gondola Square. All of the concerts begin at 3 p.m.

Steamboat is offering a lodging package in honor of the 17 Steamboat athletes who participated in the Vancouver Olympics this year. You can save at least 20 percent with the Olympian Package. Save on lift tickets, lodging, and rentals when you purchase a minimum of three nights of lodging and three days of lift tickets. Plus, adult guests receive a Steamboat Olympian card for special offers around the resort. The package must be booked by April 1.

Also inquire about the Ski Free in April package, which gets you free lift tickets when you book a minimum of three nights of lodging April 4-11, through Steamboat Central Reservations.
