La Rosière is hosting special themed weeks throughout the month of March to make guests' holidays all the more memorable. Each week, a series of events will be organised based on the theme of the week.
March 13-20 is the Aosta Valley Week. The mountain valley lies just over the Italian border and has its own particular identity. This special week highlights the cuisine, culture, and traditions of the Valdotains, as the local inhabitants are called. The Valdotains are also known for their hospitality, so expect a warm welcome.
March 20-27 is Mountain Trades Week. Find out what it is like to live in the mountains by going backstage with the men and women who make La Rosière run. Be there for the opening of the resort each morning or find out how artificial snow is made. Learn what it takes to keep the pistes and the rental skis smooth through meetings with a groomer and a gear shop worker.
La Rosière takes guests to northwest France with the Brittany week March 27-April 3. This week celebrates the Mountain/Ocean sister program that unites La Rosière and Perros-Guirec. Restaurants will serve Brittany specialities, there will be themed evenings and exhibits.
