The revolutionary SnowBall pass which gives substantial savings to holders in leading resorts in the Alps has now expanded its coverage to Pas de la Casa in Andorra.
The new pass is a discount card which can be bought in advance of your holiday, or at selected businesses in resort on arrival, and costs £15. Once in the resort, holders show the credit-card-sized pass at businesses which accept it and receive discounts in shops and restaurants. It is valid all season and nearly all of the special rates for SnowBall Pass holders are exclusive offers not available anywhere else.
In addition to savings in the resort, pass holders can also save on online equipment rental, travel insurance and ski school. SnowBall Pass offers an extra 5 percent off all rentals in 700 European shops compared to all of the banners you will find on ski sites. If they offer up to 40 percent, the SnowBall Pass offers up to 45 percent (always give you the extra 5 percent).
"A Family of four can typically save over €140 with a SnowBall Pass, but many will save €200 plus. The highest reported saving this season was €350 in Meribel," says ski industry veteran Damian Knight who created the pass. Damian continued, "With the exchange rate at around the £1 to €1.13, the SnowBall Pass increases the amount each pound is worth by an average of 25 euro cent making a pound worth €1.38."
The SnowBall Pass is valid in The Espace Killy, Paradiski Area, Three Valleys, Alpe d'Huez, Les Deux Alpes, Avoriaz, and the famous resort of Chamonix. Pas de la Casa in Andorra will be added in the next week or so.
The SnowBall Pass can also be ordered online from the Web site by anyone, where there is also a wealth of information.
