Wolf Ridge in North Carolina has special price breaks in place Sunday through Thursdays during the rest of February and the entire month of March. The resort has been getting consistent snowfall all season on its 82 acres of skiable terrain.
Sunday is church day for church groups of eight or more. Lift tickets cost $18 for afternoon use 1 to 4:30 p.m. Ski rentals cost $5 and snowboard rentals are$10.
Monday features Buy One and Get One Free night. Lift tickets are priced at $14 during from 6 to 10 p.m. Rentals packages cost $31 for skiers and $30 for snowboarders.
Tuesdays through Thursdays are Home School days. A full day lift ticket from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. is $20 and a half day ticket from 1 to 4:30 p.m. is $13. Rental packages cost $12 for skiers and $16 for snowboarders.Wednesday nights are student nights with a $18 lift ticket, $5 ski rentals, and $10 snowboard rentals from 6 to 10 p.m.
Wolf Ridge has a tubing park for non skiers and snowboarders or for those who just want an extra activity. The cost is $15 for one hour and $25 for two hours on weekends and $15 for two hours on weekdays. Children six and under can ride free if accompanied by a paying adult. The park is open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
