Tignes is open well into the spring for some late-season skiing and is offering some deals to match.
Tignes makes up one of France's biggest ski areas: l'Espace Killy has 300 kilometres of pistes suitable for all levels of skier, six slalom stadiums, a mogul stadium, and three parks.
Guests who purchase a two- to 15-day Espace Killy ski pass before May 2 can take advantage of free entrance to the Lagon swimming pool and to the ice skating rink, which is actually a frozen lake in the middle of the resort. The offer also includes free ice skate hire. The price depends on the number of days chosen and ranges from €78 to €442.50.
Tignes will be hosting the X Games March 10 to 12, and for the event, Tignes is giving away a six-day pass for every six-day pass plus accommodation purchased. This offer is valid March 6 to 13, giving skiers the time to watch some of the world's best freestylers and do some skiing for themselves.
The Happy End deal, running May 1-8, marks the end of the season. 100 kilometres of pistes stay open until May 9 and guests can enjoy seven nights' studio accommodation plus a six-day SuperTignes pass starting at €175 per person based on quadruple occupancy.
