Resorts in this article: Berkshire East, Catamount, Jiminy Peak, Ski Butternut, Wachusett Mountain Ski Area

I mean, look at Catamount. Sure, it has 32 trails, but bravely, it's forged ahead opening six for riders, even in warmer-than-normal temps. Ski Butternut brought riders into the New Year with three trails (of 22) open. And Wachusett - The Great Hill - Mountain greeted 2007 with eight lanes open.
