Crystal Mountain is hosting its third annual Winter FamilyPalooza and Mountain Mascot Games March 6-7.  It's a weekend of family fun and friendly competition where families compete against one another in a variety of silly on-and-off slope activities, all in a quest to be crowned the 2010 FamilyPalooza Champions.  Family members, young and old, have to work together to bring home the championship.

Crystal  and families go together like ice cream and chocolate syrup.  Parent's magazine named Crystal as one of the "Ten Best Winter Resorts for Families" in its November 2009 issue, and that was for the whole country; not just the Midwest.

You will also have a front row seat to watch as Crystal's furry, lovable mascots, as well as some of Michigan's favorite mascots - maybe Sparty or a Wolverine - go head-to-head in challenges of their own as part of the Mountain Mascot Games.  Come out and root your favorite mascot to victory.

FamilyPalooza Weekend Ski Packages start from $279 per adult and include two nights lodging for the whole family, unlimited lift tickets and cross-country trail pass, one breakfast and discounts on family photos.

Crystal offers 45 downhill slopes, two terrain parks, and a 700-foot halfpipe serviced by nine chairlifts including a high-speed quad, and over 40 kilometers of groomed cross country ski trails.
