Two resorts in the Vosges mountains - Lac Blanc and La Bresse Hohneck - are offering several different stay packages for skiers in France's Vosges mountains.

The Vosges, less well known than the Alps or the Pyrenees, offers a preserved natural setting, dotted with lakes and pine forests. Its resorts, often smaller (and thus cheaper) than their bigger brothers, offer a variety of activities in a welcoming, family friendly environment.

Lac Blanc proposes two different ski deals - one for Alpine, the other for cross country - both called Les Mois du Blanc. With these deals, buy two nights, and the third is free. The deal includes three nights' accommodation, breakfast, and three days of skiing. The Alpine package starts at €124 and the cross country deal starts at €85 per person.

For longer stays, opt for the Croq'Hiver deal - a week's accommodation, two adult and two child ski passes for six days, gear hire for the whole family, and a night skiing session. This price starts at €250 per person and can be modified depending on the number of days you wish to stay.

La Bresse Hohneck also offers a short stay deal starting at €69 per adult and €52 per child under 13. This Alpine ski deal includes half-board accommodation for two days/one night and two days of Alpine skiing. It is possible to make this a two-night stay for a French weekend getaway. Offer valid through March 29.
