One of the world's most prestigious freeride events, The Stimoral Engadinsnow, takes place Feb. 6-11 on the high north face of the Corvatsch in St. Moritz.
Fourteen members of the freeriding elite will flock to 3303 metres and plummet down the 60-degree mountainside, performing daring jumps and tricks, competing for the prize money of 20,000 ‘alpine dollars'.
Besides the freeride event, snowboarders demonstrate their prowess at the Big Air contest.
Afterwards, it is time to celebrate at Murtèl middle station for the biggest snow party of the year. Then ski down to Surlej, where the party continues in the St. Moritz clubs right through to dawn.

[R1104R, Engadin St. Moritz] offers access to a total of 350 kilometres of ski pistes in Switzerland's largest winter sports region. The area's 88 downhill runs are also scattered with 37 mountain restaurants serving homemade food and warm beverages.
