SDI Properties, developers of the luxury ski-in ski-out condominium hotel Escala Lodges, and The Canyons Resort have decided to spice up the pot and offer a limited number of "Escala Ski Passes" to owners at Escala Lodges. In other words, you will have the option to buy up to two, 30-year season ski/snowboarding passes when you purchase a condominium at Escala Lodges. The $5,000 Pass is available to current owners and future condominium purchasers.
You'll get unrestricted access to Utah's largest resort and it's transferable to family, friends, or guests. After five years, the pass pays for itself when you consider that a regular full season pass costs about $1,000 (and it's non-transferable). Of course, you'll have to be able to afford one of the Escala condos. They range in price from $650,000 to $2.5 million.
The Escala Ski Pass can be upgraded to allow access to the newly announced Canyons Club - the first and only true premier alpine club in Utah. Canyons Club members will have priority lift access, valet parking, membership concierge services, sports valets, complimentary fitness assessment, charging and signing privileges at all of The Canyons' dining venues, as well as the new Talisker on Main restaurant. There will also be discounts at The Canyons' lodging properties, shops, social and family activities, annual holiday and summer parties, member mixers and invitations to numerous other special events.
