Andorra's Vallnord have launched a special membership club which gives participants discounts at over 100 establishments in the resort and across the tiny principality.

Membership in the Club is free and you can sign up online at any time. You don't have to wait until you arrive in resort (in fact it's best to join before you arrive, so your membership card is ready).

You'll be able to take advantages of discounts, gifts and special prices lined up for members. The establishments include shops, bars, restaurants, and service providers including the ski area operators and associated businesses.

Vallnord is one of two ski regions in Andorra, along with Grandvalira.  Until the 2000-01 season, Pal and Arinsal were two separate resorts and, of course, they remain two separate villages.  The two resorts and ski areas were linked that winter and the two resorts began to market themselves jointly.

This was followed by another marketing merger, this time with the Arcalis ski area (also known as Ordino). Together, the ski areas became known as Vallnord. It is now possible to ski all of Andorra's resorts on one pass so visitors wanting to ski at Ordino might also consider staying in the capital, La Vella and travelling to each resort.
