As February begins, the World Cup freestyle tour makes its way to Utah with its regular stop at Deer Valley Resort – on the tenth anniversary of the 2002 Winter Olympics freestyle competition.
From Feb. 1-4, competitors in moguls, aerials and dual moguls will hit the Deer Valley slopes under the lights. The resort sets aside the Champion run, located at the top the Snowflake lift, as its exclusive mogul run. Competitors slide over next door to White Owl for the aerial competitions. The special venue provides top-notch viewing from a large base area for spectators.
All events, including competitions and concerts, are free. VIP tickets are still available for Thursday and Friday events. For tickets, click here.
The moguls competition will take place on Thursday, Feb. 2 with qualifying rounds beginning at 4 p.m. Finals go off at 8 p.m for both men and women.
