The ISPO 2012 ski show arrives in Munich this week, Jan. 29 to Feb. 1.

2,200 international exhibitors will be showcasing the latest products to around 80,000 visitors at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre.

ISPO MUNICH is a B2B platform exclusively reserved for sports business professionals, so consumers are not eligible to visit this event. But never fear, OnTheSnow will be reporting from the ISPO, bringing you inside information: photos of the latest gear and fashions and interviews with representatives from the leading brands so you can hit the slopes ahead of the pack next winter.

The latest skis, snowboards, boots, fashions and on-slope accessories will be on show. Other highlights include the Outdoor Fashion Show at the ISPO snow ice & rock summit and the ISPO On Snow Demo where visitors can test the products presented at the show on Feb. 2-4 at the Hintertux Glacier in the Zillertal.

If you are eligable for a ticket: a one-day ticket costs €23 per day online and €37 at the fair; the Permanent Pass costs €32-€48; and an ISPO CARD costs €77 and includes the MVV (Munich Public Transport).

The trade show runs 7:30 a.m to 6 p.m Monday to Saturday and until 5 p.m on Sunday. Take the U-Bahn line U" subway to Messestadt West, Messestadt Ost.
