Boreal Mountain Resort is bringing back $15 lift tickets for everyone on Friday, January 6, 2012.

The popular promotion offers a full-day (9 a.m – 9 p.m) lift ticket with no restrictions. The offer is valid for all ages. Skiers and riders can enjoy saving up to $34 per lift ticket. Boreal continues to be the most affordable and accessible resort in Northern California.

Boreal will also continue to offer $15 Fridays for college students throughout the season. Students must bring in a valid/current college ID for the cheap tickets.

By looking up at Boreal’s snow covered mountain, you can’t tell that the Tahoe area hasn’t received significant snowfall in weeks. Going into Boreal’s third month open this season, they continue to work hard laying fresh snow to keep their top-to-bottom runs open with extensive terrain including two terrain parks, groomers and beginner terrain. The cold temperatures have allowed for snowmaking crews to convert a record 34 million gallons of water into snow.

Boreal is open daily from 9 a.m to 9 p.m. Boreal’s Tubing Park at Playland is also open daily between 10 a.m – 4 p.m and open both day and night on Fridays and Saturdays between 10 a.m –  8 p.m.
