During the day, Perfect Turn Ski and Snowboard School offers classes from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. that focus on fun in the snow and perfecting turns. To keep classes interesting lessons revolve around themes like a Mexican Fiesta Day, Super Hero Day and Western Round Up Day. Giddy up.
The fun continues well after class ends with evening events including fireworks, a snow tubing and ice skating extravaganza, pizza and movie nights, as well as several Black Diamond Entertainment Shows featuring magicians, clowns and fire dancers.
Plus, all week long, parents and kids can take advantage of daily activities including skiing and snowboarding; winter zipline tours, twin zips, spa specials, and family entertainment at either Grand Resort Hotel. It's a full family vacation for the price of a couples getaway. So round up the kids' gear, pack the car to the gills and head for the hill.
Children's Festival Week packages may only be booked by phone: 800-543-2754.
