Sundance Resort is known as a secluded, peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and the winter season is no exception.
The resort in the mountains above Provo, Utah operates a variety of lodging properties right at the base of the ski hill, including hotel rooms and studios, cabin-like suites, and mountain homes. Regardless of what kind of lodging, each one comes with free lift tickets for skiing and riding on the 450 acres and 2,150 vertical feet at the Utah resort.
If booked by Nov. 30, the early-bird special offers a third night of lodging free after a two-day stay for the period of Dec. 8 through Dec. 28. The resort throws in two free lift tickets for each night of lodging.
Anytime during the 2011/2012 season, guests get two free lift tickets with a reservation at any of the Sundance Resort lodging options. And, if visitors stay a third night, they get the third night free. The only exclusion is during the Sundance Film Festival, Jan. 19-29, when the village fills with celebrities and filmmakers hosted by resort owner Robert Redford.
Sundance Resort is located 55 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport, and 35 miles from Park City.
