Now that the temps are up, those hesitant to try skiing or riding in sub-zero temperatures can take advantage of Wisp's learning and lodging package. The deal includes one night stay, one full-day lift ticket and a group lesson or ski and board rental for $89 per person. Wisp's Web site reports 124 inches so far this year with an average base of between 34 and 80 inches. The Maryland resort should have plenty of snow to last them through the end of the season scheduled for April 1.
