Brundage Names New Lifts

The fixed-grip triple chairs will be dubbed the Lakeview Lift and the Bear Chair respectively after a contest to determine the names was won by 29-year-old Paul Heindselman of Nampa. Heindselman has been skiing at Brundage ever since he moved to the Boise area in 1989 and wins a season pass to the resort for his efforts. The Bear Chair is scheduled for completion in late November, while Lakeview is scheduled for completion in mid-December. "It's very rewarding to know that by the end of December, years of planning will pay off with a fresh, new area for our visitors to explore," said Mountain Chairman Judd DeBoer. "There's a lot more to come."
