Chateau Lake Louise, the idyllic luxury lodge on the shores of Lake Louise in Banff National Park, is offering a ski and play package. The inn provides lift tickets for skiing or riding at Lake Louise Ski Area with the package.

The package includes accommodations in a Fairmont room plus two ski passes per room per day. The alpine décor rooms face either the Chateau grounds and hillside or overlook the lake and Victoria Glacier. The rooms can fit up to four people, depending on bed configuration. Cable TV is included.

The hotel also offers wireless Internet in many of its public lounges. Six dining facilities on site allow you to choose from deli fare to fine dining. The fitness area has a heated pool, spa, steam room, and exercise equipment.

Two ski passes are included in the package per day; however, children's passes are not included. Additional tickets for children or adults can be purchased directly at the ski hill.

Transportation is provided to get you to the lifts at Lake Louise. The ski area sits across the Bow Valley a 10-minute drive from the Chateau, and you can see the Chateau from the slopes framed by the rugged glacier-draped peaks of the Canadian Rockies.

Rates, which are based on double occupancy, begin at $299 CAD per night. The ski and play package is available until April 30. Blackout periods may apply. Ask about these when inquiring about reservations.
