Great article, thanks for the information and the links! So many people don't think about this until they get on the slops and their half way through their day... This information should be on every ski operation checklist of what to bring. Yes, even you young bucks should consider wearing at least basic protection to allow your knee and yourself a longer ski life.

will not hesitate to use them when I need to. Whatever it takes to stay on the mountain.
My best ski buddy has two artificial knees and uses the CADS setup and we skied
over 80 days last year and mostly nonstop runs, lonnnnngg runs in the back bowls.
I'm a believer.
