Info: More Information

Ski Brule is planning a big Thanksgiving dinner, and, of course, skiing and riding over the holidays.  In the last 13 years, since Steve and Jessica Polich have owned the resort, they have been able to open by Thanksgiving and often before that.  they opened for the season Nov. 7 last year.

There's a lot going on at Brule over the Thanksgiving holidays, including dinner with all the trimmings at the lodge.  Arrive early for a ski vacation and receive half-off your lodging Wednesday night.  You can purchase lift tickets for $30 online by clicking on the link below through Dec.  It's a $10 savings, and they are valid anytime throughout the season; not just over Thanksgiving.  Kids 9 and under are free everyday; lift tickets and lodging.

There are also family rates for the family-oriented holiday. You receive lift tickets for two adults and up to four dependent children 17 and under for $148 per day. That boils down to $24.67 per ticket.  That's a significant savings for a snow sporting family.  Brule also offers a $116 per day family rental special, which covers all the equipment needed for the same family combination.  All rental packages include helmets.

Brule is hosting a Thanksgiving Race Camp Nov. 26-29, which includes a separate program for master's racers.  The cost is $55 per person, per day; lodging, lift tickets, and meals are extra.  Emphasis will be on solid ski-technique, bio-mechanics and race techniques.  There will be lectures by experts on technique, tactics, conditioning, maintenance and equipment, sport psychology and, of course plenty of on-snow time.  You have to call the seperate number listed below to register for the camp.

Ski Brule was again chosen as the Midwest region's overall favorite resort in OnTheSnow.com's 2009 Visitor's Choice Awards, voted on by you readers.  They received the same honor in 2008.
