At least 9 inches of fresh fluffy powder this morning and the mountain was nearly empty. Some areas it was to my knees especially with a short hike :) Freezing though, and the wind was blowing all the snow around towards the end of the day. Still an amazing day and should stay awesome the rest of the weekend :)
We are ridiculously LUCKY!!!
Today the powder is literally off the charts, fluffy, dry, and crazy light. The ridiculously cold temps (1 degree right now) has created, if I dare say it, real dry powder. 13" of it and nobody is here!
photo is from early this morning.

this resort always b.s. about their snow report or what?
morning was good with hard to pow packed, by 3pm it became icy. not dangerous icy but not good. alot of people were sliding off. def not recommended for tomorrow since the temp is dropping even lower. save urself a trip and dont come tomorrow. it will get better here.

Made it there today, barely got my money's worth. Started raining at 1215-ish and really messed up my day. Bad enough the base was NOT even 18" probably. Saw patches of dirt and mud seeping through the snow on many trails (excluding diamonds). Once it started raining there was barely any snow at the lifts and entering/exiting which is also from the warm weather. I'd stay away for a few days let them fix the slopes up.
