Long Runs and Good Variety of Runs to Filter Into
Icy Summit

Full review

If you like narrow black diamond trails with banked turns Little Whiteface is the one to hit up the most. I wasn’t pleased with the trails off the summit (unfortunately the glades weren’t open that day). If you like very wide and steep trails and ice doesn’t bother you then go for it. It’s worth travelling up there for the view but for how long it takes to get up there I’d skip going up to the summit after a run or two. The terrain park has good big jumps. Overall it has some nice black diamond trails you don’t have to be an expert to run and the intermediate trails are long, smooth and open yet easy enough for any beginner. It is great that you can start on one trail and filter into 3 or 4 other trails down the mountain to change the variety. Whiteface is definitely focused towards the intermediate rider.
