I went to West Mountain for four hours to see what they were all about. I went up three times and on my forth trip I wasn't allowed to go up the lift again because I didn't have a teather, eventhough I went up that same lift 20 minutes earlier. I then hadto walk back 20minutes to the lodge. I spoke with management and I was spoken to very rudely. The staff at this ski area are very unfriendly, I will never go to this ski area again! Don't waste your time. Safety is one thing that I agree with, but they way the staff treats it's customers is not the way it should be.
